Endorsement Applications are for individuals holding a Nursing License in another State/Jurisdiction or Country applying for a Pennsylvania License and/or Temporary Practice Permit. *Note - Dietitian license is under the Board of Nursing.
Effective immediately, all new applicants for health care practitioner licenses must obtain a fingerprint-based FBI background check for review as part of your application. You must pre-register for fingerprinting services through IdentoGO and use the service code provided during your application process to ensure the Board receives your results. IdentoGO accepts these identification documents.
Licensees renewing their Pennsylvania or multistate licenses are NOT required to obtain a background check for renewal.
