Connecticut’s telehealth law applies to “licensed health care providers.”
Dietitian-nutritionists (including RDNs/CNSs practicing as dietitian-nutritionists in CT) fall under Connecticut’s Title 20, the section of state law that covers all licensed/certified health care professions.
