A nonresident dietitian may practice dietetics in Mississippi for 5 days per year with current or other state’s licensure or with current registration with the Commission on Dietetics Registration. Anything more than that requires a license.
In order to provide telehealth services, you must register as a telehealth provider and provide documentation of liability insurance and business registration.

You must have a license to practice in the state of Mississippi.
Renewal
The licensure term for regular licenses shall be construed as April 1st of even numbered years through March 31st of odd numbered years.

Telehealth

Telehealth Renewal
Each registration issued shall be valid for a period of 24 months and shall be issued for the registration period of July 1st of the registration year and shall expire on June 30th 2 calendar years later.
