Licensure by endorsement - the director shall grant, upon application and payment of the fee established, licensure to a person who at the time of application holds a valid license as a dietitian issued by another state, territory, or jurisdiction if the requirements for that certificate or license are equal to, or greater than, the requirements of this chapter.

$25 for application, re-activation or reinstatement for licensure

$225 for triennial licensure fee

$50 for renewal

$50 for application for licensure by endorsement

  • You may not start practicing until you have received a Hawaii license.
