The board may grant a license by endorsement to any person who presents proof of current licensure as a dietitian or nutritionist in another state, District of Columbia, or territory of the United States which requires standards for licensure considered by the board to be equivalent to the requirements for licensure as prescribed in this Chapter.

All application materials shall be completed and the reciprocity and license fees shall be paid by the applicant. The board may request verification of the applicant's status with that agency at the time of application.
