All businesses engaged in or planning to engage in distance delivery of health care to a patient located in Alaska must register with the state’s Telemedicine Business Registry.arrow-up-right A provider who is an employee of a business does not need to individually register; however, the employer does. "Telemedicine services" means the delivery of health care services using the transfer of medical data through audio, visual, or data communications that are performed over two or more locations by a provider who is physically separated from the recipient of the health care services. AS 44.33.381

Your Dietitian license lapses after December 31st. There is no grace period – it is illegal to work if your license has lapsed.
