📲Re-engaging Patients, Archiving and Unarchiving Patient Profiles
Review your active patient list regularly, and archive any patients who haven’t had an appointment in 60 days or more. This keeps your list organized and creates a great opportunity to re-engage inactive patients.
To do this efficiently, navigate to your provider portal at meet.berrystreet.co and click on “Scheduling Assistant.” This tool gives you a quick view of patients who are on your caseload but don’t have any upcoming appointments.

To archive a patient:
Make sure they have no upcoming appointments booked.
Confirm their last appointment was 60+ days ago.
Click the Archive button on the patient’s overview page (bottom left).
If the patient returns, simply unarchive their profile to reactivate them. 📎 See the step-by-step guide for more details.
