Manual Notes (Non–Charting Assistant Users)

If you’re not using the Berry Street AI Charting Assistant, you’ll need to keep manual notes.

• Follow the instructions in this recording to do so.

NOTE: Healthie Notes: Auto-Population Logic

• Berry Street’s Healthie intentionally repopulates your previous note when using the same template.

  • Example: When using the MNT F/U Note for follow-ups will carry over the previous note— just update the sections that have changed.

    • If you switch to a new template, the note will be blank.

Appointment Status & Compensation

• After saving a note, the calendar will show the appointment as “written.”

• You will not be compensated until the appointment note is properly completed and saved.

• If you are using the Healthie Zoom, you must update the appointment status and enter the total appointment duration manually.

  • NOTE: Berry Street cross-references Zoom duration with the entered time to ensure accurate billing.

Intervention Smart Phrases

Berry Street provides NCP-based Intervention Smart Phrases.

  • Click the light bulb icon in the note, or

  • Visit the Berry Street Drive NCP-based Intervention Smart Phrases.

  • Customize phrases to match your recommendations.
