Berry Street can support in-person sessions for Provider Sourced patients. If you currently meet with patients in person or plan to, please:

• Our team will set up your account to enable in-person sessions

• You'll receive detailed instructions on how to proceed

*Note: Berry Street’s assisted charting is not available for in-person sessions. For all in-person appointments, you must manually document:

• Clinical notes

• Time in/out of the session

• Appointment status
