Berry Street is committed to maintaining licensure standards with Telehealth state laws and regulations. We have completed a high-level review of licensure requirements and are open for matching of clients to providers based on the outline below.

Berry Street licensure matching criteria:

  • All non-licensure states are open for provider-patient matching.

    • Arizona, California, Colorado, New Jersey, Michigan, and Virginia

  • States with licensure or certification that are open for MNT telehealth services.

    • Connecticut, Massachusetts, New York, and Texas

  • States with licensure that allow for providers to practice under certain circumstances:

    • Arkansas - A non-resident dietitian may practice without state licensure for up to 180 consecutive working days, provided licensed in another state with requirements stringent as those in Arkansas, or has otherwise met the qualifications specified in Arkansas law for the practice of dietetics.

      • note* CNS providers are not opened to AR

    • Other states, we will do a case-by-case review
