🗒️Managing CAQH & Ongoing Compliance
👉 This section covers:
Managing CAQH
CAQH is used by most insurers to verify credentials. You’re responsible for maintaining your CAQH profile:
Reattesting every 120 days
Ensuring that your state licenses remain current and valid at all times. You must promptly notify Berry Street of any changes to the status of your license.
Please note: If your license expires or becomes inactive, we are legally prohibited from billing for any services you provide during that period. As a result, you will not receive payment for those services.
Updating personal info (address, phone, name, etc.)

Ongoing Compliance
We manage payer enrollment, but your credentials remain your responsibility.
To stay active:
Reattest CAQH every 120 days
Submit renewals on time (license, insurance, etc.)
Only practice in states where you are licensed
Document patient care in Healthie
Note: Missing credentials can lead to claim denials or removal from the network.
