🗒️Managing CAQH & Ongoing Compliance

👉 This section covers:

Managing CAQH

CAQH is used by most insurers to verify credentials. You’re responsible for maintaining your CAQH profile:

  • Reattesting every 120 days

  • Ensuring that your state licenses remain current and valid at all times. You must promptly notify Berry Street of any changes to the status of your license.

    • Please note: If your license expires or becomes inactive, we are legally prohibited from billing for any services you provide during that period. As a result, you will not receive payment for those services.

  • Updating personal info (address, phone, name, etc.)

Ongoing Compliance

We manage payer enrollment, but your credentials remain your responsibility.

To stay active:

  • Reattest CAQH every 120 days

  • Submit renewals on time (license, insurance, etc.)

  • Only practice in states where you are licensed

  • Document patient care in Healthie

Note: Missing credentials can lead to claim denials or removal from the network.
