*Group practice providers should reach out to their organization owner to clarify rates and pay dates as it varies by practice.

• Berry Street Insurance Patients:

  • $35 per hour for initial appointments

  • $70 per hour for follow-ups

• Provider-Sourced Insurance Patients:

  • $75 per hour

  • $85 per hour when you complete our Self Sourcing Workshop

• Berry Street-Sourced Self Pay:

  • Berry Street retains 10% of BS sourced patient self-pay transactions

• Provider-Sourced Self Pay Patients:

  • You determine the rate; Berry Street retains 3% of PS self-pay transactions for credit card fees only.
